In a Dark Season

North Carolina amateur sleuth Elizabeth Goodweather, 54, returns after Old Wounds uneasy about her relationship with Phillip, a former cop and the best friend of her deceased husband. First on her agenda: facing the attempted suicide of her friend Nola, ten years her senior.
