Family Matters: Healing in the Heart of the Family

Psychologist Gottlieb hosts Philadelphia Public Radio's weekly Family Matters program, interviewing professionals and patients, among others, and dispensing advice about family relationships. Writing with freelancer Claflin, he recalls his experiences with clients and listeners, backing his thesis that ``only the wounded can be healers'' with material from his clinical training and from insights gained from a 1979 automobile accident that left him quadriplegic.
