Shed Light on Death

In J. J. Jamison's third appearance (Only Half a Hoax and Deadly Objectives), the easy-going engineer indulges once again in his hobby of investigating UFO sightings and again is caught up in murder. The victim this time is an unpleasant UFO debunker who has gone with J.J. and his wife Karen to the small town in Minnesota where a saucer supposedly landed, and who was the first to smell a hoax. With suspects aplenty, J.J. and Karen sift through small-town scandal and politics, interfamily warfare, international drug dealings and even learn a bit about radioactive isotopes. J.J.'s work in the field for the Committee for Analysis of Tropospheric and Celestial Happenings, combines with his laid-back approach to sleuthing to result in an entertaining and out-of-the-ordinary mystery.
