Off the Page by Jodi Picoult and Samantha van Leer. Delacorte, $19.99; ISBN 978-0-553-53556-3. The mother and daughter duo team up for another YA novel; in this one, a fairy tale prince leaps out of the pages of a book and meets a girl in the real world who falls for him.

Dangerous Deception by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. Little, Brown, $19; ISBN 978-0-316-37034-9. The second volume in the Dangerous Creatures series, which blends music, mythology, and magic in an urban fantasy where a couple is kept apart by a nefarious villain.

From the Notebooks of a Middle School Princess by Meg Cabot. Feiwel and Friends, $9.99; ISBN 978-1-250-06602-2. In this middle-grade spinoff of Cabot’s bestselling Princess Diaries series, 12-year-old Olivia discovers she is part Genovian royalty, and is whisked away from her New Jersey home to learn royal ways.

InterWorld Trilogy: Eternity’s Wheel by Neil Gaiman, Michael Reaves, and Mallory Reaves. HarperTeen, $17.99; ISBN 978-0-06-206799-9. The conclusion to the InterWorld trilogy is filled with travel through time and space, in which protagonist Joey, once a brave boy, must now face his destiny as a young man.

Fierce Reads: Kisses and Curses by various authors. Macmillan/Square Fish, $10.99 paper; ISBN 978-1-250-06053-2. This short-story collection brings together a diverse collection of authors including Leigh Bardugo, Jennifer Mathieu, Marissa Meyer, and many more for YA stories that span genres.
