Gillian Blake, current editor-in-chief of Henry Holt, has been named a v-p at the Macmillan imprint. Blake, who was bumped up to editor-in-chief in 2011, has edited books by a number of the imprint's biggest names, including Bill O'Reilly, Elizabeth Kolbert and Rob Lowe.
Donald Winchester will join Watson, Little Ltd. as a literary agent, effective October 1. Winchester began his career in Penguin Press editorial before joining AP Watt in 2008.
