Manage the New Jersey sales office for an outstanding print and on-line publisher in the high school, college and public library markets. Inside sales team of 6-10 reps and 20 independent field reps. Candidate must have strong sales management and sales training experience. Ability to analyze markets and territories, establish goals and incentives to meet targets. Work with marketing team on conventions, catalog development, advertising, and web marketing.
