|Georgetown University Press is looking for a creative and experienced digital editor. The Digital Editor’s primary responsibility is the day-to-day management of digital products associated with language learning materials. He/she works closely with the project’s editor, production manager, and the marketing and sales director to define the scope, determine the budget, and execute the strategy for creating companion and ancillary products for textbooks and stand-alone products. The Digital Editor will work directly with authors and vendors to direct and execute the strategy and reports to the Director of Georgetown Languages. Note: This is neither a copyediting nor a print production job. |

• Liaise between vendors and editors to translate content into functionality
• Minimum two years’ experience working in academic or textbook publishing or in educational technology
