She's already received the emotional prologue, and Pocket Books senior editor Sue Carswell is expecting delivery of the full manuscript of Tears of Rage, a book by America's Most Wanted host John Walsh, this July, in time for fall publication. While the story of the 1981 abduction and murder of his son, Adam, was the subject of a memorable 1983 TV movie, this is the first time Walsh (working with cowriter and People magazine writer Susan Schindehette) will speak out in book form about how his life was irrevocably changed by the tragedy, and about leaving a successful career as a hotel marketing exec to become the driving force behind America's Most Wanted, the almost decade-old TV show that has aided in the capture of some 450 fugitives and helped recover 20 missing children.
