It looks as though National Book Award -- winning biographer A. Scott Berg has struck gold once more, this time with Lindbergh, which hits the #10 spot on our nonfiction list following its September 21 publication. The Putnam title (first printing: 150,000) has received front-page review attention in many major papers, and Berg has done print interviews for People, Vanity Fair (which ran a two-part first serial), the Boston Globe, the San Francisco Chronicle and many more. His national tour, which began on September 22 in New York City, extends into November; TV and radio appearances have included Good Morning America, CBS Sunday Morning, NPR'S Fresh Air and Charlie Rose. In addition, Berg has spoken at such venues as the Smithsonian, New York's 92nd St. Y and New York Is Book Country.
