Not only does everyone (well, at least 14 million per episode) regularly watch the HBO hit series The Sopranos, but it seems that there are many fans who want to eat like the Soprano "family." Back for a third week (in the #14 spot) on PW's hardcover nonfiction bestseller list, The Sopranos Family Cookbook by Allen Rucker has a hefty 198,500 copies in print after three trips to press. Warner Books cooperated on several promotions with HBO, including a radio station mailing targeting the top 13 markets and advertising spots on HBO regular programming, plus coordinating with HBO to schedule national morning show appearances for Michele Scicolone (the cookbook author who devised the Soprano recipes) along with an actor from the series.
