BookExpo America has set the roster of authors for its breakfasts, lunches and teas for this year's convention. Authors for the Children's Book & Author Breakfast on May 30 are Barbara Park, Junie B., First Grader: One Man Band; Walter Dean Myers and Christopher Myers, Blues Journey; Robert Sabuda, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland: A Classic Collectible Pop-Up.

The May 31 Book & Author Breakfast will feature Henry Louis Gates Jr., America Behind the Color Line: Dialogues with African Americans; Jhumpa Lahiri, The Namesake; Gerry Adams, A Further Shore: Ireland's Long Road to Peace. At the May 31 author lunch, the panelists will be Al Franken, Lies: And the Lying Liars Who Tell Them—A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right; Molly Ivins, Bushwhacked; Bill O'Reilly, Who's Looking Out for You?; Tucker Carlson, Politicians, Partisans and Parasites: My Adventures in Cable News. The May 31 Audio Book and Author Tea will hear from Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez, The Dirty Girls Social Club; T. Jefferson Parker, Cold Pursuit; and Doris Roberts, Are You Hungry, Dear?. The June 1 Book & Authors Breakfast speakers will be Madeleine Albright, Madame Secretary; Maxine Hong Kingston, Fifth Book of Peace; and Michael Moore, whose book is untitled. The Book & Author Tea will feature Jonathan Lethem, The Fortress of Solitude; Cristina Garcia, Monkey Hunting; Dennis Lehane, Shutter Island; Suzan-Lori Parks, Getting Mother's Body; Anita Diamant, Pitching My Tent.
