Harvard lecturer Samantha Power, who won the nonfiction Pulitzer last year for A Problem from Hell: America in the Age of Genocide, has signed for two more books for her Henry Holt editor, Vanessa Mobley, who had signed Problem at Basic Books. The new titles will include a look through the lens of German philosopher Hannah Arendt at such current concepts as evil in nations and the war on terrorism, and an examination of the ahistoric nature of U.S. foreign policy and its impact on the perception of us as a nation. They were both signed for North American rights with Sarah Chalfant at the Wylie Agency.
