That's the unusual record just racked up by SF and fantasy author Kevin J. Anderson, whose agents at Trident Media Group, Robert Gottlieb and John Silbersack, worked out deals ranging in size from five figures to seven with five publishers on both sides of the Atlantic that will keep him busy for years to come. There was a YA deal with Jennifer Hunt at Little, Brown for three more fantasy books in the Crystal Doors series, co-written with Anderson's wife, Rebecca Moesta; four more of the Dune Chronicles series Anderson co-writes with Brian Herbert, for Tor here and Hodder in the U.K.; and three more in his SF epic The Sage of the Seven Suns, for Warner here, S&S in Britain.
