A senior exec in Donald Trump's empire,

Carolyn Kepcher, who has appeared on—and is a consultant for—The Donald's hit TV show The Apprentice, is writing a book of advice for businesswomen for Simon & Schuster's Fireside imprint.

Trish Todd made the world rights deal for the untitled book with ICM's

Esther Newberg, and Fireside's

Amanda Patten will edit for publication in the fall, when the next season of the TV series begins. Trump himself has endorsed Kepcher as "an incredible woman," and her book will offer guidance to women on how to behave in a variety of business situations, from the initial job interview to an executive meeting. This is the second such book to emerge from the show; last week SMP signed

Amy Henry, the last woman to survive the cut in the contest at the heart of The Apprentice (Deals, May 24).
