Tucker Retiring

Kathleen Tucker, editor-in-chief at Albert Whitman & Company, is retiring from her position, effective April 30. Tucker, who is one of Albert Whitman's best-selling authors, has been working for the publisher since 1977. The company is currently searching for her replacement.

Henry to Doubleday Canada

Lynn Henry has been named publishing director for the Doubleday Canada Publishing Group, effective March 1. She is moving to Doubleday from House of Anansi Press, where she has been publisher since 2005. In her new role, Henry will report to Kristin Cochrane, publisher of Doubleday Canada.

Promos at Clarkson Potter

Aliza Fogelson, a five-year veteran at Clarkson Potter, has been promoted to senior editor. Also at CP, Ashley Phillips and Angelin Borsics have been promoted to assistant editor.
