Yum, Yum

A small, curious girl feeds the animals on a farm; a reluctant boy eases himself into his bath routine and finds that scrubbing up isn't so bad after all. Those are the modest storylines of Dorros's two board books, which have sweet watercolors, mostly in pastel hues, but with some bright jolts thrown in: the girl's red overalls, her cat's streaks of orange, the boy's yellow duck and polka-dot curtains in the bathroom.
