Star Wars: 11 Iconic Scenes from a Galaxy Far, Far Away...

Using the Scanimation technology he popularized in Gallop! and Swing!, Seder brings images from Star Wars to life. Yoda swings his lightsaber in a flash of green, C-3PO and R2-D2 amble along planet Tatooine, and Luke rides a tauntaun on the planet Hoth. Opposite the animations are quotations from the films ("Here goes nothing!" reads a line from Lando Calrissian, as the Death Star explodes on the right-hand page). Though the colors are subdued and it can be difficult to make out some of the details, budding (and diehard) fans should enjoy the miniature action scenes. Ages 8–up. (May)
