Color matching takes on new meaning in this puzzle game that joins a series of board books using the Pantone Matching System. Tucked inside six scenes illustrated by Carpenter are four removable cardboard pieces that fit into die-cut spots on the facing pages. A pointy spire in a blue cityscape has its home inside the “nighttime blue” quadrant of one spread, while two oval leaves in “grasshopper” and “dollar bill” green pop out of a jungle scene that highlights a frog, snake, and toucan.
