It’s a setup that’s surprisingly useful: Daniel, a wealthy playboy in life, offers Jillian story ideas and dating advice to keep her readership from dropping. As they grow closer, Jillian can’t help falling in love with the specter—until, in a shocking series of reveals, Jillian discovers exactly why Daniel has been appearing to her. Ready’s twisty plot keeps readers guessing how this couple could possibly reach a happy ending.
