Curry Named to Oversee Norton Trade
Norton has appointed Brendan Curry to the newly-created role of director of the publisher's trade group, in which Curry will have oversight of all of Norton's five trade imprints.

Helen Atsma has been promoted to v-p and publisher at Ecco. Newly reporting to Atsma are Miriam Parker, v-p and associate publisher, and Allison Saltzman, senior art director.

The Loft Names New Executive Director
After a national search, the Loft literary center in Minneapolis announced that its new executive director is arts and social justice advocate Arleta Little, director of artist fellowships at the McKnight Foundation.

Johnson Named to Succeed Chinski as FSG Editor-in-Chief
Jenna Johnson has been promoted to v-p and editor-in-chief at Farrar, Straus and Giroux, succeeding Eric Chinski, who has stepped into a new role as senior executive editor.

Quarto Names Alison Goff New CEO
Quarto Group has named former Octopus head Alison Goff its CEO, effective January 2. Goff had been at the Hachette UK division for 21 years before leaving in April 2020.

Knopf's Bogaards to Leave at Year's End
Paul Bogaards, one of the industry's more outspoken personalities, who helped promote many of Knopf’s best known and most successful authors, will step down at the end of the year after 32 years at the Penguin Random House imprint.
