The Dutch publishers Contact Publishers and Atlas, Augustus, Mouria, and L.J. Veen are joining into one publishing house, called Atlas-Contact, beginning January 2012.
Mizzi van der Pluijm will be managing director of Atlas-Contact as well as publisher of Dutch fiction. Erna Staal will be publisher of Dutch and translated non-fiction and Tom Harmsen will be publisher of translated fiction. Tilly Hermans will be publisher of Dutch fiction and non-fiction. Annemie Michels will continue in an expanded role as publisher of Business Contact.
Senior editors are Bertram Mourits (non-fiction) and Jessica Nash (non-fiction). Martijn David will be editor at large (UK and Commonwealth).
