Unlike the bestselling print titles, which are almost exclusively big names, the bestselling Kindle titles are an even mix of bestselling names and low-priced titles. The average price for a top 25 Kindle bestseller is $5.98 (compared to $13.67 for print), and 13 out of the top 25 have prices under $5.00. Only three titles in the Kindle's top 25 (as of September 10) had prices exceeding $10.00 (No Easy Day, Gone Girl, and The Light Between Oceans), compared to 16 titles in the print top 25.
The only titles to appear on both lists are No Easy Day, Gone Girl, The Hunger Games, Mockinjay, and the 50 Shades trilogy.
