Erin Reilly Promoted to VP of Mass Merch, Distributor Sales at PRH
Erin Reilly has been promoted to VP of adult mass merchandise and distributor sales at Penguin Random House, effective February 1. She succeeds Tom Cox, who is retiring, and will report to PRH chief revenue officer Jaci Updike.
Reilly joined PRH in the sales department in 2005 and was named VP in 2018; in 2022 she took on oversight of PRH's adult Clubs business. In her new role, she expands her leadership portfolio to include all of the publisher's adult mass merchandise classes of trade, along with its four national distributor accounts, which include Target, Walmart, the clubs, airport retailers, grocery, and drugstores. Readerlink Distribution Services, Ingram Book Company, Baker & Taylor Books, and Brodart make up the national wholesalers included in the channel.
