Arthur's Neighborhood

Two books take young readers on interactive tours of a typical neighborhood. A companion to Arthur Goes to School, Marc Brown's Arthur's Neighborhood features punch-out play figures that slip into slots in the pages, so they fit comfortably at a table, in a boat, on a rocking horse or into a pair of platform boots at the shoe store. A search for a missing puppy takes Arthur through the neighborhood, and the many flaps enable readers to explore the terrain and to poke into the puppy's potential hiding places.
