The National Book Foundation has announced the 2013 National Book Award Longlist for Young People’s Literature, marking the first time that a longlist will be presented for all four NBA categories. (Longlists for Poetry, Nonfiction, and Fiction will be released on September 17, 18, and 19.) NBF will announce the finalists on October 16, and the winners on November 20.
