Wren hopes to impress House of Gold prince Leo and regain access to the House of Bones, but when he is kidnapped, she partners with ironsmith Julian to rescue him from the assailants.
Daughter of the Siren Queen by Tricia Levenseller. Feiwel and Friends, $24.99; ISBN 978-1-250-89192-1. The second book of the Daughter of the Pirate King series, which follows Alosa’s mission to find ancient treasure, is being rereleased with new features including metallic foil designs, sprayed edges, and endpaper maps.

When a portrait threatens to reveal a secret about Verity that she thought was put to rest, Verity flees Highmoor and heads to Bloem, where more secrets and potential threats await in the second book of the Sisters of the Salt series.
