All Alone with You by Amelia Diane Coombs. Simon & Schuster, $19.99; ISBN 978-1-5344-9357-5. Determined to get into her dream school, Eloise Deane begins doing community service, helping seniors in need of companionship. There, she meets fellow teen Austin, who opens her up to new music and ambitions for the future.

Bonesmith by Nicki Pau Preto. McElderry, $21.99; ISBN 978-1-66591-059-0. As a bonesmith, Wren Graven is capable of manipulating bones. Wren hopes to impress House of Gold prince Leo and regain access to the House of Bones, but when he is kidnapped, she partners with ironsmith Julian to rescue him from the assailants.

Daughter of the Siren Queen by Tricia Levenseller. Feiwel and Friends, $24.99; ISBN 978-1-250-89192-1. The second book of the Daughter of the Pirate King series, which follows Alosa’s mission to find ancient treasure, is being rereleased with new features including metallic foil designs, sprayed edges, and endpaper maps.

House of Roots and Ruin by Erin A. Craig. Delacorte, $19.99; ISBN 978-0-593-48254-4. When a portrait threatens to reveal a secret about Verity that she thought was put to rest, Verity flees Highmoor and heads to Bloem, where more secrets and potential threats await in the second book of the Sisters of the Salt series.

Infested: Fear by Angel Luis Colón. MTV, $19.99; ISBN 978-1-6659-2841-0. Puerto Rican teen Manny suspects something is amiss with the luxury condo he and his family recently moved into, and soon faces horrors as he investigates the building’s haunting history.

The Legacies by Jessica Goodman. Razorbill, $18.99; ISBN 978-0-593619-50-6. One week before new members of a New York prep school’s Legacy Club are admitted, the secrets of socialites Bernie and Isobel and scholarship student Tori threaten to ruin their chances of joining.

Misfit Mansion by Kay Davault. Atheneum, $22.99; ISBN 978-1-6659-0308-0. An enchanted foster home for supernatural creatures keeps them all safe, however, blue-skinned Iris longs to visit new places and makes an escape with friends during the town’s Harvest Festival.

One of Us Is Back by Karen M. McManus. Delacorte, $19.99; ISBN 978-0-593-48501-9. In the final installment of the One of Us Is Lying series, the Bayview Crew must come together with unexpected allies to untangle yet another mystery when one of their own friends is kidnapped. Sparrow Being Sparrow by Gail Donovan, illus. by Elysia Case. Atheneum, $17.99; ISBN 978-1-665916-69-1. Known for her spirited personality, Sparrow attempts to rehome seven cats when her neighbor is injured and tries to keep her positive persona, even when she is struggling. The middle grade book received a starred review from PW.

Their Vicious Games by Joelle Wellington. Simon & Schuster, $19.99; ISBN 978-1-6659-2242-5. Black teen Adina Walker enters a competition for young ladies of promise to win the favor of the rich Remington family, but must fight to survive when the competition turns deadly.
