The Audio Publishers Association has announced its 2011 Audies nominees. More than 1,100 titles entered the competition this year, breaking last year’s record. New to the 2011 competition is the special Judges’ Award: Paranormal, which recognizes an abridged, unabridged, single or multi-voiced audiobook. Winners will be announced at the Audies Gala on May 24 at The TimesCenter in New York City, emceed by author Adriana Trigiani.
