New York Governor Andrew Cuomo will publish 'American Crisis' on October 13. Crown, the book's publisher, said the title will be a "revealing, behind-the-scenes account" of the author's experience leading the state through the Covid-19 epidemic.

Kazuo Ishiguro has sold a new novel, which marks his first since winning the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2017. 'Klara and the Sun,' narrated by "an Artificial Friend with outstanding observational qualities," is set for March 2021, Knopf said.
