William Morris Endeavor has acquired the L.A.-based boutique literary agency Rabineau Wachter Sanford & Gillett (RWSG). Through the deal, principal RWSG agents, Sylvie Rabineau and Jill Holwager Gillett, will join WME's Book to Film/TV division as co-heads.
