Maria Shriver has inked a deal for a new book, Just Who Will You Be, with Robert Miller at Hyperion via Jan Miller of Dupree/Miller & Associates. Like Shriver's earlier books derived from her commencement speeches, the new book was inspired by a poem she wrote as part of a graduation address, and is written partly in verse. The book asks that fundamental question: "What do I believe, and who do I want to be?" and will share Shriver's life lessons as well as her reflections on what's important in her own life. Will Balliett and Sarah Landis will edit, and Hyperion has world rights. Publication is scheduled for April 2008.

Shriver, the First Lady of California, has written five previous bestselling books, including three books for children. Most recently, the Free Press published And One More Thing Before You Go... in 2005.
