Bestselling Christian author John Eldredge has moved houses, siging a multi-book contract with Hachette's FaithWords division. Eldredge will release Loving Jesus, the first book under the new contract, in September 2011.
Aside from his last book, 2009's Love and War: Finding the Marriage You've Dreamed Of, which was published by Doubleday Religion, Eldredge has done all of his books with Nelson. The president of the Ransomed Heart ministry, Eldredge has, according to Hachette, sold over 9 million copies to date.
In Loving Jesus Eldredge will, per the publisher, focus on Jesus and "explore the compelling personality of Christ."
Rolf Zettersten at FaithWords struck the deal with Sealy Yates and Curtis Yates of Yates & Yates.
