Alex Schultz, chief marketing officer and VP of analytics at Meta, will publish his first book, Click Here: The Art and Science of Digital Marketing and Advertising, simultaneously through Little, Brown in the U.S. and Wildfire in the U.K. on October 7. The book was acquired by Little, Brown president and publisher Sally Kim and Wildfire publishing director Alex Clarke, and will be released in hardcover, e-book, and audiobook editions.

According to the announcement, the book will offer guidance on digital marketing fundamentals, including customer identification, channel selection, creative testing, generative AI implementation, and measurement tools development.

Schultz was named one of the world's most influential CMOs by Forbes in 2024 and is credited with helping grow Meta's user base to nearly 3.3 billion daily users globally. "Whether at eBay in the U.K., providing tools for Facebook advertisers, teaching at start-up school in Stanford for Y Combinator or teaching at many business schools, I am passionate about helping businesses small and large grow using digital marketing," Schultz said in a statement. "Click Here is my attempt to provide a tool to help any business leverage the best of digital marketing to grow faster."

"Digital marketing is marketing," Little, Brown's Kim said. "It's both art and science, and no one demonstrates this in real time better than Alex Schultz. A marriage of timeless marketing principles with cutting-edge tools and analytics, Click Here is the one book for every modern marketer." Wildfire's Clarke touted the book as "Ogilvy on Advertising for the digital age."
