Welcome to Santa Fe! Two fabulous conferences are scheduled for later this week, November 7 – 9, 2013, in the Land of Enchantment. Publishers Weekly editors Jim Milliot and Rachel Deahl, as well as sales rep Tory Abel will be out and about.
• PubWest, “dedicated to the success of small- and medium-sized publishers,” hosts a lively three-day conference at the La Fonda Hotel, November 7-9, 2013.
• The Tony Hillerman Writers’ Conference is hosted a few minutes’ walk from PubWest at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza. November 7 – 9, 2013.

Tory and Leylha can be found at the Combined Book Exhibit booth from November 30 – December 4, 2013. Publishers Weekly has sent a bonus distribution of 5,000 copies of the October 21, 2013 issue to the fair; this is the issue with the Spanish-language supplement included.
