Independent Book Publishers Association (formerly PMA) has announced its newest board of directors. They will serve on the board from 2010 until 2012. They are all members of the association.
The new board members are: Davida Breier, manager for Hopkins Fulfillment Services, the distribution division at Johns Hopkins University Press; Roy M. Carlisle, marketing and sales director at the Independent Institute; Haki R. Madhubuti, poet and founder of Third World Press; John Mutter, editor-in-chief of Shelf Awareness and former bookselling editor for PW; and Robert Rosenwald, co-founder of The Poisoned Pen bookstore and Poisoned Pen Press.
