"Search global, print local" could become the new slogan for Espresso Book Machine users given Monday’s announcement that On Demand Books, the company behind the EBM, will register its network of more than seven million paperback titles with Google Merchant Center. The Center allows merchants to upload product data to Google and make it available to Google Product Search and other Google services.

“We are pleased to announce this latest milestone for our network,” said On Demand CEO Dane Neller. “Our existing relationship with Google enables over two million public-domain titles to be purchased on Google Books.”

The EBM network continues to grow. Last week On Demand announced that it will add Harper Collins trade paperback books, both adult and children’s titles, in November. Zondervan and HarperCollins Canada titles will be available early next year.
