Independent comics publisher Dark Horse is expanding its support of digital platforms beyond Apple devices and will begin selling its digital comics on B&N’s Nook Tablet and NookColor device beginning today. Nook e-reading devices run on a customized version of the Android operating system.

Dark Horse will launch on the Nook Tablet and NookColor devices with more than 100 graphic novel titles including Hellboy, Sin City, Star Wars, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Serenity and many more. Look for the new digital comics titles in the Nook comics store at BN.com
