Pinter to Waxman
Jason Pinter is joining the Waxman Literary Agency as an agent. Pinter, who has been writing full-time, previously worked as an editor at St. Martin's Press, Crown, and Warner Books (now Grand Central). He will be representing commercial fiction along with pop culture, sports, and YA/middle-grade . He starts at Waxman on August 2.
Andelman to Regal Literary
Michelle Andelman has joined Regal Literary as a children's book agent. Andelman previously worked as a scout at Franklin and Siegal. At Regal, Andelman will handle all categories of children's books, representing middle-grade and YA fiction, and author-illustrators of picture books and graphic novels.
Friedstein to ALM
Adam Friedstein has joined Anderson Literary Management as an agent. He will be focusing on debut literary fiction, thrillers and suspense, YA, and narrative and serious nonfiction. He was previously at Trident Media Group.
