Jeff Dodes has been appointed to the newly created position of executive v-p, marketing and digital media strategy for St. Martin’s Press. Most recently, Dodes led the marketing and digital media department for Sony Music's Jive Label Group. He will direct the creative development, marketing and financial planning for all titles from St. Martin’s and its imprints, reporting to Sally Richardson and Matthew Shear.

Worthy Publishing has announced the addition of Betty Woodmancy as senior v-p of sales. Woodmancy joins Worthy Publishing with more than 20 years of experience in the book industry, most recently serving as v-p, associate publisher for Howard Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster.
