Hilary Redmon will join the Ecco editorial team on December 19th as executive editor, focusing on non-fiction titles. Redmon joins HarperCollins from Free Press, where she was a senior editor.
Adrian Palacios has joined Little, Brown Books for Young Readers as senior digital marketing manager. Palacios was most recently digital and consumer marketing manager for Penguin Young Readers Group.
Also at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, Julia Costa is in the new role of digital marketing and publishing assistant. She was previously a marketing assistant.
Finally at LBYR, Allegra Green has joined the group as the new Marketing Assistant.
Dystel & Goderich Literary Management has announced the hiring of Morris Shamah as the agency’s new royalties director and junior agent. Shamah previously worked at Writers House and the Carol Mann agency as an intern.
