Dan Lubart has joined HarperCollins in the sales department as senior v-p of sales analytics. Lubart was most recently at Iobyte, a digital research company he founded in 2000.
Tessa Shanks has been named assistant director of publicity at PublicAffairs. She was previously publicity manager.
