Lucy Cummins has been promoted from associate director of art to art director. She has been with S&S for 10 years.
Chloe Foglia, who has been with the company for four years, has been promoted from designer to senior designer.
Ana Benaroya has joined the Simon Spotlight/Little Simon team as junior designer. Benaroya has previously worked as a freelance designer, and her clients include The New York Times and Ralph Lauren.
Venessa Williams is being promoted to assistant marketing manager, education and library. Williams began her career at Simon & Schuster in 2008 as a summer intern for the education and library group.
Dawn Ryan will join the education and library marketing group in the new role of marketing coordinator. She has been the marketing assistant for Aladdin/Pulse for the past nineteen months.
