Ron Watson is retiring after 21 years at Ingram Book Group, where he has been lead buyer for the University Press Group. Before joining Ingram, Watson spent 23 years at R. M. Mills Bookstores, where he became part owner in the late 1970s and sole owner in 1986. The stores closed in 1990.
