Nicholas Courage will join Farrar, Straus & Giroux as online marketing manager on April 30, replacing Ryan Chapman. Courage was most recently with Picador, where he has been online marketing manager since 2009.
Jocelyn Kalmus has been promoted to senior publicist for Free Press. She joined the company in 2010 as a publicist.
Chad Cannon will join Thomas Nelson as senior director of marketing. He was most recently v-p of marketing and sales for Outreach, Inc.
