Viking Penguin publicity has made the following promotions:
Meghan Fallon has been promoted to publicist. Fallon has been with the publicity department since 2008.
Rebecca Lang and Elaine Broeder have both been promoted to associate publicist. Both Lang and Broeder joined Viking Penguin in 2010.
At the Portfolio, Sentinel, and Current imprints of Penguin Group, Amanda Pritzker has been promoted to publicity manager; Brooke Carey has been promoted to editor; Emily Angell has been promoted to associate editor; and Jacquelynn Burke has been promoted to associate publicist.
Lisa Tomasello will join Macmillan's sales department as a national account manager for adult trade titles, calling on Costco, BJ's, and their distribution partners. She was previously with Simon & Schuster.
At Chronicle Books, Todd Mullins has been hired as national accounts manager in special markets. Most recently, he held the position of v-p of sales at Hero Arts.
