At Yale University Press, Steve Wasserman will expand his position as executive editor-at-large for general interest books to a full-time role, effective May 1. Wasserman was most recently a partner at the literary agency of Kneerim and Williams.

The following promotions have been made at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt:

Ann-Marie Pucillo has been promoted to v-p, executive managing editor, overseeing e-book editorial operations for the adult and children's imprints. She will remain executive managing editor for the HMH Children’s Book Group.

Mary Huot has been promoted to managing editor, HMH Children’s Book Group. She was previously assistant managing editor.

Sarah Iani has been promoted to associate production editor in the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt adult trade group. She was previously editorial and production coordinator.

Harlequin has made the following moves:

Emily Brown has been named editorial assistant. Brown was formerly an editorial intern at Berkley Publishing Group.

Drew Smith has been named subsidiary rights assistant. Smith will continue to support several Tri-State Area colleges as an adjunct faculty member.

Jessica Rosenberg has been named associate publicist effective Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Rosenberg was formerly the publicity assistant with Harlequin since 2009.
