The McEvoy Group LLC, a San Francisco–based media company whose book properties include Chronicle Books, Princeton Architectural Press, and becker&mayer!, announced that Bill Miller has joined the company as president of Galison Publishing, comprised of Galison, Mudpuppy, Galison Holiday and Galison Private Label. McEvoy bought Galison's parent company, GMG Publishing, in March.
Miller has worked as a consultant for clients including Jonathan Adler, New York Times, Direct Brands, and Lightwedge. Prior to that he was a v-p of merchandising, gift, product development and calendars at Barnes & Noble.
