Kelly Barrales-Saylor has joined Albert Whitman & Company as editorial director. Barrales-Saylor had been at Sourcebooks.
At Sourcebooks, Aubrey Poole has been promoted to the position of associate editor. She will be responsible for acquiring authors and titles for the Jabberwocky and Fire imprints. Poole was previously assistant editor at Sourcebooks, and works out of the NYC location.
Ken Rhodes has been appointed general manager of NBN International.
