Sheila O'Shea, who is currently overseeing public relations for Random House's digital initiatives, is moving within the house, taking over as associate publisher at Crown. O'Shea has been named associate publisher of Broadway Books and Hogarth Paperbacks; she will be stepping into her new tole on June 25 and reporting to senior v-p and publisher of Crown, Molly Stern.

With the move, Meagan Stacey, has been promoted to senior editor, and she will be reporting to O'Shea.

O'Shea began at Random House in 1997, working for Doubleday. She then moved to Knopf, in 1999, before being named, in 2009, to the post in the digital division of the house.
