Nellie Kurtzman will join Little, Brown Books for Young Readers as v-p of marketing. She was most recently director of digital and trade marketing at Disney/Hyperion.
Karen Wojtyla has been promoted to v-p, editorial director of Margaret K. McEldrerry Books. She was formerly editorial director.
At Stanford University Press, Geoffrey Burn will continue to support new director Alan Harvey as deputy director for the next 12 months. Burn will also continue as executive editor for the Stanford Security Studies series of publications. Kate Wahl was named publishing director, editor-in-chief. Emily-Jane Cohen has been promoted to senior editor, literature, philosophy and religion. Margo Beth Fleming has been promoted to senior editor, economics and organizational studies. Michelle Lipinski was named acquisitions editor in anthropology, Asian studies and law.
