Deltina Hay is new board chair for IBPA, replacing the outgoing Steve Metee.
Emily Krump has been promoted to editor at HarperCollins. She joined William Morrow/Avon/Voyager in 2006.
Rebecca Miller, editor-in-chief of School Library Journal, has also been named editorial director of Media Source’s other library publication, Library Journal. She replaces Michael Kelley who has left the company.
